Flanged bearing for compact RC mechanisms

This flanged ball bearing set is supplied as two pieces sized 6 x 12 x 4 mm and is intended for small helicopter components and similar miniature model mechanisms. The flange on the outer race provides a built-in locating surface that helps control axial movement and keeps the bearing properly seated in shallow bores.

Fit these bearings where a compact axial location is required, for example in small rotor hubs, tight gearboxes, or idler positions where the flange simplifies retention. Inspect the housing for burrs and make sure the flange sits flat on the mounting face before final assembly to prevent misalignment.

• Condition: Supplied as 2 pcs for paired replacements or multi-point mounting.
• Installation note: Press or gently tap the bearing into the bore with the flange against the locating surface; avoid forcing at an angle to prevent damage to the races.
