Flat 3mm Aluminium Plate for GTXE 2027

The XRAY 351141 GTEX aluminium chassis is an RC-scale replacement chassis machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, supplied as a fully flat 3mm plate that removes the standard front kick-up. The lowered layout reduces the centre of gravity and gives a firmer platform for fine on-road tuning.

Made with precision CNC milling, the plate keeps repeatable flex by optimising material distribution along the length. Machined pockets reduce weight where possible while retaining stiffness where structure is needed, and the routing features help airflow around the electronics bay to assist cooling.

As a tuning component for the GTXE 2027 platform, this chassis shifts baseline roll behaviour and reduces chassis height relative to suspension pick-up points. Expect to revisit suspension geometry and weight distribution to recover balance after fitting.

Specifications

  • Item: GTEX Aluminium Chassis - Flat - Swiss 7075 T6 (3mm)
  • Material: Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium
  • Model Number: 351141

Choose the GTEX flat chassis when you want a lower centre of gravity and more predictable flex for track-focused on-road setups, and pair installation with measured suspension tweaks to dial handling.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Remove the stock plate and transfer suspension mounts and hardware to the XRAY 351141. Check that all pick-up points align, fit mount screws to recommended torque, and trial-fit electronics before final assembly.
You will typically see reduced roll and a clearer turn-in due to the lower CG and altered flex. Steering balance may require softer or stiffer damping to regain the desired mid-corner behaviour.
The chassis is listed for GTXE 2027 compatibility; verify that your car's mounting geometry and parts list match before assuming fitment with other GTEX-era components.
Inspect mounting fasteners regularly for torque, clear milled pockets of dirt after runs, and check for bends or impact marks. Replace or straighten any damaged plates to preserve predictable flex.
