This single aftermarket input shaft is made for TRAXXAS X-MAXX scale powertrains and is supplied as 1 pc. Machined from hardened steel #45, the straight-shaft profile helps deliver a firmer mechanical link to the gearbox and better wear resistance under heavy RC use.

Intended role: the shaft replaces the standard input part to bring improved engagement accuracy and to restore drivetrain reliability when higher torque or heavier loads push the stock component beyond its design limits.

Compatibility notes provided by the source: for 6S use this shaft serves as a direct replacement for Traxxas part no. 7786. For 8S applications the shaft must be used with the following GPM Racing components to function with the no-slip 8S system: TXM355315T, TXM355316T, TXM355317T, TXM355318T, TXM355416T, TXM355418T, TXM355515T, or TXM355517T.
