Mini Inferno pinion overview

This single 16T titanium motor gear is designed for use with Kyosho Mini Inferno drivetrains and is supplied as 1 pcs set. It replaces the stock pinion to alter the final drive ratio or to renew a worn pinion without changing motor or spur geometry.

Titanium delivers strong dimensional stability and improved resistance to deformation versus common steel options, helping teeth retain their profile during normal RC running. Use this part when you need finer gearing control or when a worn or rounded stock gear needs replacement. The part is intended for hobby-grade electric RC use only.

Installation notes: slide the gear onto the motor shaft so it seats correctly, set an appropriate backlash against the spur gear, and tighten the set screw before testing. Monitor mesh and motor temperature on initial runs, and recheck the set screw after a few laps to confirm retention.
