This 28T steering horn (servo saver) is a direct replacement part for 1/30 AXIAL SCX30-class crawlers. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminium, the component is made to match the vehicle's original servo and linkage geometry while keeping the servo saver function that helps protect your servo in hard use.

Installation notes: fit the unit where the factory servo horn is mounted and confirm spline alignment. Verify the servo output uses a 28-tooth spline before fitting, keep original fasteners where practical, and set the servo to neutral before final tightening to prevent steering offset.

Maintenance tips: inspect the supplied O-ring and bearing surfaces regularly to reduce play. Use a small amount of thread-lock on steel screws where metal meets metal, but avoid over-torquing into plastic mounts.
