Rigid aluminium rear lower tray for Mini-Z AWD

This aluminium rear gear box lower tray is a direct-fit replacement part produced by GPM for Mini-Z AWD models. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, the tray increases rigidity and dimensional stability versus molded plates, giving a firmer mounting surface for the rear gearbox where reduced flex is required.

The tray locates the gearbox in the same footprint as the original, so installation focuses on accurate alignment and reuse of the stock fixing points. Inspect original screws and follow recommended torque settings to avoid interference with nearby parts such as the motor, spur gear, and rear suspension pick-up points. As a tuning upgrade the lower tray helps limit chassis flex at the gearbox interface, which can stabilise gear mesh under load and produce a more consistent drivetrain feel when altering setups.
