Aluminium axle link mount for R1 chassis tuning

Made for the Gmade R1 Rock Buggy, this 1/10-scale axle link mount is an aluminium replacement supplied as a 2 pcs set. It fits the front and rear axle link attachment points and is intended for hobby-level chassis tuning rather than wholesale drivetrain changes. The metal mount preserves the stock link geometry while providing a tougher alternative to plastic mounts.

Fitting is straightforward on R1 layouts that use the standard axle link locations. The mount installs at the axle housing using the existing mounting interfaces so chassis changes are normally not required. Visually check alignment before final tightening and confirm link lengths and pivot orientation match your current setup.

On a tuned rig, axle link mounts set roll centre and affect anti-squat by fixing pivot locations. Swapping to an aluminium mount gives a stable reference for measuring changes, useful when you adjust sway bar rates, shock positions or articulation for rock crawling and trail runs.

Choose this aluminium mount when you want a reliable metal alternative to the stock link mounts on the Gmade R1 while keeping original link geometry during suspension setup and testing.

The product is supplied as a 2 piece set, covering the front and rear axle link mount positions.
No chassis modifications are normally required; the mount uses the factory axle link interfaces but always verify fit before final assembly.
The mount holds existing pivot points so it provides a firmer reference when adjusting link angles, which can change roll centre and anti-squat during tuning.
Inspect for burrs or deformation after heavy runs and confirm fasteners remain tight; aluminium offers better durability than stock plastic parts.
