This RC-scale accessory is a stainless steel front and rear gearbox bottom protector mount made for the AXIAL SCX10 II UMG10 platform and intended to work with AXI90075. The mounts sit under the gearbox to prevent direct contact with sand, small stones and moisture that can speed wear or introduce contaminants into gearbox internals.

Construction and role: crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, these mounts act as sacrificial shields for the gearbox base, reducing impact and abrasion to the gearbox housing during trail and scale runs. Keeping the gearbox underside protected helps bearings and gears stay cleaner, which supports smoother running and cuts down on internal servicing frequency.

Fit and installation: the pair is shaped to follow the gearbox bottom and fastens with the supplied stainless steel cap head screws for a direct bolt-on fit to the specified chassis layout. Check screw seating and clearances during fitting to ensure the protector does not contact suspension travel or drivetrain components.
