This is an R/C-scale side plate produced by Yokomo for use with the GOKURAKU Wing Ver 4.0 assembly. It serves as a direct replacement side plate designed to restore or alter the wing mounting interface without requiring chassis modification.
The component provides the mounting surface for the wing endplate and transmits small setting changes to wing incidence and lateral position. Fitting this part allows stepwise wing adjustments during track testing to influence stability and cornering balance on 1/10 touring cars.
Installation is straightforward using the wing's existing mounting points and hardware; remove the original side plate, align this replacement with the same holes, and secure using the current screws. Inspect thread condition and screw length before final tightening, and confirm wing symmetry after fitment.
Tuning notes: small changes at the side plate affect effective wing angle and lateral placement, so make single-variable changes and evaluate lap times or handling feel. Use this as a neutral replacement or as part of incremental wing setup work rather than as a standalone performance modifier.
