This steering block is produced as a direct replacement or hop-up for Gmade R1 rock buggy setups. The red anodized alloy construction increases rigidity and maintains repeatable steering geometry compared with standard plastic parts.
Compatibility is limited to Gmade R1 style assemblies and related R1 chassis layouts; verify fitment against your current steering knuckle and hub assembly before fitting. The item is supplied as a single steering block intended for scale RC vehicles only.
Installation notes: remove the original steering block, transfer retained bearings and hardware, then fit the alloy piece ensuring steering linkages sit at neutral. After installing, cycle the full steering arc and confirm there is no binding with the wheel hex or drive components.
Tuning role: this alloy block reduces flex at the front steering pivot to help keep toe and ackermann more consistent under load, improving predictable steering feel in technical crawling and faster rock buggy runs.
