Overview: S5801 Replacement Shell

This is an RC-scale replacement case set for Futaba S5801 class servos, supplied without retail packing. The set supplies the external housing parts that enclose the servo internals and secure the output shaft and mounting tabs.

Designed for maintenance and field repairs when a damaged shell needs replacing, or for transferring the PCB, gears and electronics into a fresh housing during bench tuning. The components accept the original S5801 internal assembly without modification.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the original case screws, move the PCB, gear train and output horn into the new shell, then refit with the matching fasteners. Verify output spline and horn alignment before final tightening to preserve neutral centring during bench setup.
