Heavy-Duty T-arm Servo Horn

The Futaba FUSHORN-K Type-K T-arm is an RC-scale servo horn made for use with Futaba standard splined servos. It is a heavy-duty T-arm with a D6mm designation and is supplied as a 3 pcs pack without screws. This compact T-style horn links the servo output to steering or other control linkages where a short, sturdy arm is required.

Installation notes: check full spline engagement before final tightening and operate the servo through full travel to ensure there is no binding. Screws are not included, so choose the correct thread type and length for your servo case in line with the servo maker's guidance. When trying different horns for geometry testing, mark the neutral alignment to keep centre position consistent between swaps.

Tuning role: a T-arm horn gives direct leverage control to adjust throw and responsiveness. Changing mounting holes or arm length alters mechanical advantage and can refine steering feel or control surface response without touching endpoint settings.
