Replacement Servo Horn for Futaba Standard Servos

This Futaba FUSHORN-D Type-D small-circle horn is a purpose-made replacement for standard Futaba servos. Supplied as a pack of 4 horns without screws, it fits applications where a D6mm small-circle bore mates to the servo output spline and common fastening methods found on Futaba-standard units.

Installation notes: center the servo at its neutral position before fitting the horn, align the small-circle hole over the servo spline or adaptor, and secure with an appropriate screw or fastener (not included). After securing, cycle the servo through its travel to check for binding or irregular movement and re-centre if required.

Tuning role: altering horn length or shape changes mechanical advantage and throw. The compact D6mm Type-D horn shortens the lever arm for crisper response while reducing mechanical leverage, whereas longer arms increase throw and effective torque.
