Replacement Upper and Lower Servo Shells

This replacement housing kit is compatible with Futaba BLS152 servos and supplied as matching upper and bottom shells. The set does not include a heatsink and is intended for repair and maintenance tasks while retaining existing internal components.

For servicing Futaba BLS152 servos, open the original case, transfer the PCB, gears, bearings, and output gear into the new upper and lower shells, then reassemble and confirm gear mesh and endplay. This component is a mechanical enclosure only and will not modify the servo electronics or provide passive thermal control unless a heatsink is added.

Fitment notes: verify internal component orientation before disassembly, preserve seals and shims in their original positions, and check travel and centring at low voltage after reassembly. This part supports restorative repairs, chassis rebuilds, and routine maintenance on compatible BLS152 servos.
