Under-chassis carbon plate for Fazer D2

Kyosho FAW319 is an RC-scale carbon under chassis made as a 2.2mm carbon plate (FZD2) and sold as a direct optional part for the Fazer D2 chassis. It fits beneath the stock chassis to change flex characteristics, increasing rigidity, improving steering response, and supporting better traction for on-road drift and handling work.

Compatibility is limited to the Fazer D2 chassis platform; the plate mounts using the existing attachment points and is intended to be used with standard on-road components such as servos, ESC and motor without altering the basic layout. No extra hardware or permanent modifications are normally required beyond standard mounting checks.

As a tuning item, this under chassis acts to stiffen the lower chassis: users apply it to reduce unwanted flex, sharpen transient response, and stabilise traction through corner transitions. Expect differences in turn-in and mid-corner behavior that should be balanced by adjusting shock settings, roll centres and tyre selection when refining a drift setup.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The FAW319 is specified for the Fazer D2 chassis only; fitment to other Fazer variants is not guaranteed and should be checked before purchase.
No major cutting is expected. The plate is designed to use the existing mounting points, but confirm alignment and clearance during trial fitting before final assembly.
A 2.2mm under chassis increases stiffness, which typically sharpens steering response and improves traction consistency; suspension and tyre settings may need retuning to keep balance.
Yes. It is intended as a tuning option for on-road drift setups where added lower-chassis rigidity and predictable traction are wanted.
