DZ170 CDI Carburetor Insulator YSE2132 RC Engine Spare by YS Engine  [YSE2132]

This YS Engine YSE2132 carburetor insulator is an RC spare made to fit DZ170 CDI carburetors, forming a thermal and vibration barrier between the carburetor and the engine case to limit heat transfer and reduce vibration during running.

Installation is straightforward: clean mating surfaces and remove debris, place the insulator between the carburetor and the engine flange, align bolt holes, and tighten fasteners evenly to avoid air leaks. After fitting, check sealing at idle and low throttle on a test stand before normal operation.

The insulator helps stabilise carburetor mounting and supports consistent idle and mixture behavior during tuning and maintenance on nitro RC engines, but it is not a substitute for correct carburetor synchronization or fuel system leak checks.
