Milled alloy slide rack for crisper front response

This RC-scale slide rack set is machined from black anodized aluminum for the integrated bulkhead and slide rail, with targeted milling to remove weight from the front section. The reduced mass and firmer bulkhead alter front-end reaction, helping to shorten steering response on drift builds.

On resin decks the fitted bulkhead raises local rigidity at the nose, cutting down the tendency for the front tyre to hang on corner entry and making the initial turn-in more consistent. The rack is angled forward to create an Ackermann-style relationship suited to drifting, enabling smoother transitions between steering angles during controlled slides.

Installation is straightforward for builders used to DP-series and YD2 platforms; the unit replaces the stock front bulkhead and slide rack assembly. For setup, try small toe-in and caster tweaks after fitting to rebalance steering feel; the increased stiffness can change front-end feedback so minor suspension and link adjustments may be needed.
