This RC-scale aluminum rod end adapter is designed for use on the front lower arm to provide an extended linkage option without switching to heavier steel parts. The adapter reduces rotating mass compared with standard steel rod ends and can influence steering response and handling balance when used as part of a chassis tune.

The adapter's length is 21mm longer than the standard unit, enabling a wider track setting when fitted. That extra length allows small geometry adjustments to the front lower arm that can be useful when dialing in understeer or turn-in behavior on track.

Installation is straightforward for users familiar with standard rod end swaps: replace the existing rod end on the front lower arm with the adapter, verify thread engagement and ball seating, and check linkage alignment after fitting.
