36T Delrin Spur for Revo Gearboxes

This Delrin spur gear is supplied as a direct replacement or upgrade for Traxxas Revo spur applications. It is designed to operate inside the Revo transmission where a dimensionally stable, low-friction material helps reduce drivetrain drag for routine service, tuning or part swaps.

Delrin (acetal) offers good dimensional stability and a low friction surface compared with many molded plastics. In service the 36T spur functions as the primary gear that transmits pinion input through the gearbox, so correct mesh and support from bearings are important to preserve gear life.

Installation tips: clean mating surfaces, confirm proper backlash and shaft alignment, and ensure the spur seats correctly on the Revo spur hub or mounting plate. After fitting, run a short low-load test to check mesh and listen for any unusual noise before resuming normal use.
