Replacement spindle for Concept 60

The KYOSHO H6004 spindle shaft is a precision spare part intended as a direct replacement for the Concept 60 spindle assembly. It reconnects rotor components to the transmission stack, restoring axial alignment and reducing play when a worn shaft is causing rotor tracking issues.

In service, install the shaft during scheduled maintenance or after damage: remove the rotor head and retaining hardware, inspect surrounding bearings and gear faces for wear, fit the new spindle into the original seating, confirm smooth rotation and correct endplay, then secure the fasteners and re-check blade tracking. Proper seating and bearing condition are critical for correct function.

Replacing a worn spindle shaft often removes vibration sources and helps re-establish predictable rotor behavior; after fitting, verify rotor balance and perform a cautious hover check before full-power operation. Keep spare shafts clean and lightly oiled to prevent corrosion while in storage.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The H6004 is a direct-fit spindle for Concept 60 helicopters that specify the H6004 part number as the replacement shaft.
After installation, check for free smooth rotation, minimal axial play, and correct bearing alignment. Re-check blade tracking and run a low-speed hover to confirm normal behaviour.
Inspect adjacent ball bearings, clean mating surfaces, apply a light corrosion-preventing film if advised, and rebalance blades before flight testing.
