Big-bore front shock spring designed for carpet and astro turf

This is an RC front shock spring from Yokomo tuned specifically for high-grip carpet and artificial turf circuits. Its big-bore profile and slightly shorter free length lower ride height while preserving controlled rebound, helping to smooth landings and reduce the chance of the front end catching on tacky surfaces.

From a setup perspective, the spring changes suspension response without swapping shock bodies or mounts. Expect firmer midstroke support versus standard short springs, which helps resist high-side roll on artificial turf and keeps the chassis composed through fast corners. Fitment is straightforward: swap the coil onto the shock shaft, set preload, then re-evaluate shock oil and piston choices to suit track conditions.

Choose this spring when you need quicker rebound recovery on tight, grippy layouts and want to run a lower ride height without compromising jump stability.
