B-Max4III weight-reduction conversion

The Yokomo YOKB4-LWS is a lightweight conversion aimed at the B-Max4III touring car chassis, engineered to cut moving mass and deliver quicker feedback during setup changes.

This conversion emphasises balance and mass reduction rather than changing suspension geometry or drivetrain ratios. Installation replaces specific stock components with lighter alternatives while using the B-Max4III's original mounting points, and it stays compatible with common 1/10 servo, ESC, and motor arrangements.

After fitment expect a livelier steering feel and faster transient response; you may need to tweak roll stiffness, damping, and anti-roll bar settings to recover desired cornering balance. Treat the kit as an aftermarket hop-up for track testing and comparative setup work.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The conversion is designed around the B-Max4III mounting points and replaces specified stock parts, so it fits without chassis modification when installed as instructed.
Most standard 1/10 servo, ESC, and motor setups remain compatible, but you should check clearances and mounting positions before completing the assembly.
Expect quicker transient behaviour and a sharper steering response; reduce roll stiffness or adjust damping in small steps to restore stability through the corner entry and mid-corner phases.
Standard workshop tools such as hex drivers and basic hand tools are usually sufficient; follow recommended safe practices when removing and refitting components.
