Replacement rear X-shock spring for B-MAX2

This RC-scale rear shock spring is made to fit the B-MAX2 big bore X-shock Ver.2 rear assembly and is finished in S. blue. It is supplied as a direct replacement spring for the rear X-shock setup.

The spring provides preload and the restoring force needed by the rear big bore damper; it is intended to be used with X-shock Ver.2 piston, shaft, and outer body and is not a complete damper unit.

Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with off-road shock service: remove the rear X-shock from the car, take off the shock cap and spring retainer, move the spring onto the shock body, and reassemble using the existing internals and chosen preload. Confirm the spring seats correctly on the retainer and that the shaft moves freely before refitting.

Tuning notes: use this spring to adjust rear ride height and initial response within the limits of your current X-shock Ver.2 hardware, and check compatibility with your shock collars and retainers. Avoid forcing the spring onto incompatible assemblies.

Remove the rear X-shock, open the cap and retainer, slide the new S. blue spring onto the shock body, set the desired preload, and rebuild with your existing X-shock Ver.2 internals.
The finish is cosmetic only; it does not alter dimensions or compatibility. Fit and tune as you would with any Ver.2 rear spring.
