B-Max-2 Rear Hub Carrier Overview

The Yokomo YOKB2-415R is a service replacement rear hub carrier designed specifically for the B-Max-2 1/10 touring chassis. It restores the connection between the wheel hub and the rear suspension upright, returning geometry to factory alignment after wear or damage.

Fit and installation: this component is produced as a direct replacement for the factory rear hub carrier on a B-Max-2 chassis and should install without modifying adjacent parts. During fitting, confirm the carrier aligns with the rear upright and that fastener holes match the chassis locations; use the correct hex driver and follow standard RC workshop procedures. Take care not to overtighten fasteners and inspect thread condition before final assembly.

Tuning role: replacing the hub carrier is a standard way to recover geometry or alter rear-end behavior if alternate offset carriers are available for the B-Max-2. On-track, the hub carrier affects camber and toe response, so perform small setup changes and test runs after replacement to refine handling.

Maintenance notes: inspect the carrier for signs of wear or bending during routine service, check associated bearings and wheel hex for play, and renew any worn hardware. Clean mating faces and remove debris before reassembly to ensure consistent alignment.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The part is specified for the B-Max-2; compatibility with other models is not guaranteed. Confirm measurements and mounting points against the target chassis before purchase.
Listings vary by seller; check the product page to see if bearings or mounting hardware are shipped with the hub carrier or if it is sold as the standalone service part.
A set of hex drivers, a small torque feel, and common RC workshop tools are sufficient. Work methodically and check fastener fit before final tightening.
