Replacement drive cup for B-MAX2 MR/RS

This is a replacement gear differential drive cup intended for use in Yokomo B-MAX2 MR and B-MAX2 RS 1/10 scale electric touring models. The part is designed to interface with the gear-type differential assembly and serves as the connection between the differential output and the driveline.

Compatibility is limited to the listed B-MAX2 MR/RS variants only; consult your chassis parts list to confirm fit. When swapping this drive cup, inspect the mating splines on the differential and the output shaft for wear or deformation before installation. Replace worn items to avoid accelerated wear on the new cup.

Installation notes: remove the differential assembly following your chassis procedure, slide the drive cup onto the differential output, and verify engagement with the drive axle or dogbone. Check for free rotation and absence of binding before final assembly. Use existing hardware and apply thread-lock where specified by the chassis guidelines.

Tuning role: the drive cup is intended as a maintenance and repair item rather than a tuning upgrade. A correct fit and low play at the interface help maintain predictable drivetrain response and consistent power transfer during acceleration and cornering.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Follow your chassis removal steps to take out the differential, slide the new drive cup onto the output stub, ensure the splines seat fully, then reassemble using the original fasteners and thread-lock if called for. Verify smooth rotation before completing the build.
Usually no. Existing hardware can be reused if in good condition. Replace any screws, pins, or axles that show wear to ensure a secure installation.
After assembly, check for full spline engagement, confirm the cup turns freely without binding, and ensure there is no excessive play that could introduce vibration or inconsistent power delivery.
