Rear-side front suspension mount overview

The Yokomo BD-301FR is an RC-scale front suspension arm mount made for the rear side of the front suspension assembly and intended for use on Yokomo BD7 and BD5 touring-car chassis. The piece is machined from blue anodized aluminum to provide a solid mounting point for the suspension arm pins while remaining a dedicated RC component.

The mount locates the outer end of the front suspension arm and forms part of the front suspension geometry. The left-to-right pitch between the suspension arm pins is 43.5mm, a key dimension to confirm during installation so the arm pins line up correctly with hub carriers and the steering linkages.

Installation notes: confirm the 43.5mm pin pitch matches your chassis layout before fitting, re-use existing hardware where recommended by your chassis manual, and check for smooth articulation after tightening. In tuning, this mount affects roll center and track width relationships and is used to alter front-end response and steering feel on track or during club runs.

Yes. The part fits Yokomo BD7 and BD5 chassis as specified; always verify the 43.5mm pin pitch against your chassis before final installation.
The left-to-right suspension arm pin pitch for this mount is 43.5mm. Measure carefully to ensure correct alignment.
Changing the arm mount alters front suspension geometry, shifting roll center and track width relationships which in turn affects steering feel and front-end balance.
