RC Front Arm Mount for BD7 and BD5

This front suspension arm mount is supplied by Yokomo as model BD-301RF1. Machined from blue anodized aluminum, it is designed as a direct replacement or upgrade for the BD7 and BD5 touring car front arm mount. The left-to-right suspension arm pin pitch measures 41.3mm, an important dimension when matching parts and establishing suspension geometry.

As a rigid mounting point for the front suspension arms, this component affects front-end stiffness and the chassis response to steering inputs and surface irregularities. Tuners commonly use it to alter roll centre and front-end bite by pairing different arm lengths, hinge-pin locations, and shock settings without changing the main chassis.

Installation notes: confirm the 41.3mm pin pitch matches your existing hinge pins before installation, check for clearance with steering links and shock towers, and torque fasteners to standard RC hobby levels to prevent loosening during use. Always bench-fit and verify before the first track run.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This mount is specified for the BD7 and BD5 chassis. Before buying, ensure your hinge pins use the 41.3mm left-to-right spacing so the mount lines up correctly.
The 41.3mm measurement is the distance between the left and right arm pins and determines the lateral alignment of the arms; incorrect pitch will alter toe and roll centre relationships and lead to poor handling.
Test-fit the mount on the bench, check for steering link and shock tower interference, and secure screws to recommended RC hobby torque values. Use a thread locker if you expect heavy track use.
