BD7-2014 front tensioner overview

This Yokomo B7-FBTSB front belt tensioner set is an RC-scale replacement part designed to reduce belt flapping on BD7-2014 based cars. It centralises the belt path control at the front of the chassis to make tension adjustments more repeatable during setup and tuning, and it is supplied with the bearings and fasteners needed for installation.

Installation is intended for hobby-level maintenance: remove the original tensioning point, fit the tensioner body to the specified mounting location, secure with the supplied screws, and verify belt alignment and tension under rotation. The component uses ball bearings to support the rotating section, which helps reduce unwanted belt motion without altering core drivetrain geometry.
