Rear shock upgrade for Yeti

This RC-scale rear adjustable spring damper is made for the Axial Yeti rock racer platform and carries the model YT125R. The 125mm aluminium-bodied unit is supplied as a 1pr set and is intended as a direct rear shock replacement for routine tuning and maintenance.

The damper fits the standard rear shock mounting points used on the Yeti chassis and gives improved dimensional stability compared with many plastic alternatives. The adjustable spring collar lets you change preload and mounting position for simple rear-end tuning and feel adjustment.

Fitting is straightforward for anyone comfortable with shock replacement: remove the stock rear shocks, mount the dampers to the shock towers and lower links, secure hardware, then check travel and clearance before a test run. Fine-tune spring preload and eyelet positions to dial in rear balance.
