Machined Aluminum Servo Saver for Axial Yeti

This machined gunmetal servo saver is an RC-scale replacement produced by JAZRIDER for the Axial Yeti chassis. It swaps out common plastic servo saver parts for a machined aluminum assembly to cut steering-linkage flex and give a firmer connection between the servo output and the steering geometry.

Installation is straightforward for hobbyists experienced with 1/10-scale rock racers: remove the stock saver, transfer reusable hardware and the servo horn, fit the aluminum saver to the servo spline, then verify centring and steering throw before final tightening. The unit is intended to work with the existing Axial Yeti steering linkage without modifying chassis members.

In tuning terms the aluminum saver reduces deformation under load to improve repeatable steering input and increases perceived steering stiffness versus softer stock pieces. That makes it a good upgrade when dialing in steering feel or when running higher-torque servos that can deform plastic parts.

Specifications

  • Item: Axial Racing Yeti Aluminum Servo Saver Set (Gunmetal)
  • Material: Aluminum
  • Model Number: YT-25007-GU
  • Compatibility: Axial Racing Yeti chassis

Fit this saver when you want a more rigid servo-to-linkage interface on Axial Yeti kits; confirm servo spline compatibility and linkage geometry during installation and re-check centring after the first run.

The saver mounts to the servo spline used on Axial Yeti kits; confirm your servo spline count and fitment before final installation.
Package contents vary by retailer; if hardware is not supplied you can usually reuse compatible screws and the stock servo horn from the original assembly.
Install the saver, set the servo to neutral with your radio, fit the horn and linkages, then power up and verify the wheels sit straight. Make final tightening after confirming full travel and neutral position.
The part is designed to work within the existing steering link layout of the Axial Yeti, so no chassis member modifications should be required; always double check linkage lengths once fitted.
