13T Steel Pinion for Axial Wraith Drivetrains

This WR9013TS motor pinion is a purpose-made 13-tooth steel replacement for Axial Wraith models, supplied as one piece. It fits standard motor shafts and is intended to replace a worn pinion or to alter motor-to-spur gearing at the drive line.

Intended use: fit this 13T when you need to recover lost performance from a worn gear or drop gearing for improved low-speed torque and control. It works with common spur gear options without changing the vehicle platform or drive type.

Fitting tips: slide the pinion fully onto the motor shaft, secure the set screw and check that the pinion is square to the shaft. Adjust gear mesh so there is a small, even clearance between pinion and spur. Run the drivetrain briefly at low throttle and recheck mesh and fasteners before normal running.

Setup advice: changing one or two teeth will noticeably affect final ratio, so choose tooth count based on motor rpm and terrain. Periodically inspect teeth for pitting, burrs or distortion and replace if wear is evident.
