Heavy duty CVD shafts for SCX6 crawlers

This 6 piece front and rear CVD drive shaft set is made for AXIAL SCX6 JEEP JLU WRANGLER 4WD applications. The kit fits both front and rear axle drive areas and is supplied with screw pins for secure mounting. It is an aftermarket replacement built to match common SCX6 driveline layouts, model SCX6037S.

The components are carbon steel constant velocity drive (CVD) parts that transfer motor torque into the axle assemblies. The CVD arrangement increases load capacity and permits larger transmission angles compared with simple dogbone shafts, which is beneficial when running high articulation or steep axle angles on trail and crawl courses.

Fitting requires basic axle disassembly to remove the stock shafts and install the CVD units in the front and rear. Use the supplied screw pins to retain the assemblies, check pin seating at the axle cups, avoid over-torquing fasteners, and confirm free rotation through the suspension travel before final checks.
