23mm hex adapters for RR10 Bomber fit

These aluminium wheel hex adapters widen the track on AXIAL Racing RR10 Bomber compatible vehicles, giving a 23mm total hex assembly width to increase lateral stability on technical rock and trail sections. They are intended for scale RC use and suit 4mm threaded wheel shafts and wheels that accept a 5mm centre hole.

Retention is achieved with a Delrin inner collar seated inside the hex, an O-ring on one face, a spring steel retaining ring, a compression spring with washers, and a stainless steel screw on the opposing side. Together these parts keep the hex indexed during low-speed, high-traction crawling so the wheel does not rotate freely on the hub.

Installation tips: slide the hex onto the 4mm threaded shaft, ensure the Delrin collar is fully seated, compress the spring and tighten the stainless screw until axial play is removed while the wheel still spins freely on bearings. Recheck wheel centring after a short run and re-torque the screw if needed.

  • 22MM Stainless Steel Hex Socket Screws - 2pcs
  • 5MM Shim - 2pcs
  • 2 x M3.5 x 12 Screw Shaft - 2pcs
  • 2 x 10 Steel Pin - 2pcs
  • 5MM hole S2 Spacer - 2pcs
Yes. They work with wheels that use a 5mm centre hole provided the wheel bore and hub seating match and the 23mm overall width fits your axle and body clearance.
Only basic hobby tools are needed, such as a small hex driver or socket for the stainless screw and simple hand tools to compress the spring while assembling.
Check the retaining screw torque and inspect the O-ring, Delrin collar and spring after a few runs; replace worn retainers to maintain secure wheel indexing.
