Machined aluminium internals for RR10 Bomber dampers

This pair of machined aluminium internal shocks is a scale replacement built for the Axial Racing RR10 Bomber platform. The kit swaps the internal shock assembly for a machined aluminium-bodied unit at 105mm, made to suit front or rear positions on RR10 Bomber setups.

These items are intended as a tuning upgrade rather than a full suspension overhaul: changing internal mass and the finish inside the shock body alters bleed behaviour and thermal transfer compared with common plastic internals. The set is supplied as one pair for routine maintenance or incremental hop-up work.

Installation notes: these units are designed to fit the RR10 Bomber shock mounting points and use the same external mounting hardware as stock shocks. Basic assembly and sealing of the piston and shaft are required prior to fitment, and selecting shock oil remains an independent tuning choice to set damper rate.

Specifications

  • Item: Front/Rear Internal Shocks, 1 pr set
  • Material: Aluminium
  • Model Number: RR13105X
  • Length: 105mm

Choose these aluminium internal shocks when you want a direct-fit aluminium upgrade for RR10 Bomber dampers to achieve finer shock tuning and improved thermal stability on longer runs.

They are made to fit the Axial Racing RR10 Bomber shock assemblies, matching the standard front and rear mounting points.
Oil choice is part of tuning; these aluminium internals do not include a required oil grade, so test valves and different viscosities to dial in damping.
No chassis modification is expected. The units are intended to use the stock external hardware and the same mounting geometry as original shocks.
Basic assembly and seal installation are required; a modest level of hobby experience and standard shock tools will make the job straightforward.
