This steering tie rod is made for the Axial Racing Yeti chassis and carries the model number YT047P. The assembly uses a spring steel shaft combined with black plastic anti-thread end caps to replace bent or worn steering links on a Yeti-style setup.
It is intended for steering link duties where axial stiffness from the steel rod keeps alignment stable while the plastic end fittings reduce thread wear at the connection to tie rod ends or ball studs. Use this part to restore steering geometry after impacts, or when refining steering feel during handling checks.
Installation notes: the item is supplied as a 1pr set compatible with common Yeti steering locations. Verify thread direction and tighten carefully to avoid crushing the plastic ends. This component is designed for hobby RC use only.
