A machined aluminum C hub carrier created as a direct replacement for Axial AX10 Deadbolt factory plastic units. The part preserves the original mounting holes and matches the Deadbolt steering knuckle geometry so no chassis modifications are required.
Installation notes: this carrier replaces the stock C hub and installs with the existing wheel hex and axle layout used on AX10 Deadbolt models. Reuse the original fasteners where they fit, check pin alignment before final torque to prevent binding, and use standard hex drivers plus a wheel stand for alignment checks.
Tuning role: upgrading to an aluminum carrier increases steering stiffness and gives a firmer pivot point for the wheel assembly, which helps maintain predictable steering feedback during aggressive off-road use and when dialing caster or toe. It is favoured by builders wanting metal-to-metal mounting for consistent geometry under load.
