Compact ball differential for precise RC tuning

This AR100S ball differential is an aftermarket replacement sized for the Associated RC18T and compatible Latrax platforms. Built from steel and aluminium components, it helps refine torque distribution in small drivetrains and is intended only for model use.

The assembly features precision ball elements and thrust washers to deliver consistent differential behaviour. A Delrin pulley and aluminium output cups are used where low friction and light rotating mass are preferred, and ball bearings support the main rotating interfaces to reduce drag.

Adjustment is made at the central screw: tightening increases preload to slow differential action, while loosening reduces preload for freer rotation. This provides a simple on-car tuning method to match grip levels and handling on different surfaces.
