Arrowmax am-210028 comes in a 59ml bottle of silicone differential fluid engineered for radio-controlled model diffs where stronger shear resistance is required. The 50,000 cSt viscosity produces a slow-flowing characteristic that helps limit diff slip and smooth drive transfer during acceleration and cornering on both on-road and off-road scale cars.

Practically, this oil alters how quickly a diff permits differences in wheel speed. Heavier fluids such as 50,000 cSt increase coupling between axle outputs, which can reduce inside-wheel spin on corner exit and shift overall handling balance. Use this fluid alongside tyre selection, suspension tuning, and gear ratio changes as part of a complete setup plan.

Basic service workflow:

  • Drain the previous diff fluid and clean the gears and bearings with an RC-safe cleaner.
  • Check O-rings and diff internals for wear or damage before reassembly.
  • Fill the diff housing to the required level, rotate the gears to work the fluid through, then reassemble the unit.
  • Allow a brief break-in and carry out test runs to assess handling, then adjust by moving to a lighter or heavier fluid if necessary.

Notes on handling and storage: keep the bottle capped and stored upright at room temperature, prevent contamination from dirt or other oils, and dispose of used fluid in line with local regulations for automotive and hobby fluids.
