High-Viscosity Silicone Shock Oil

This 59ml bottle of silicone shock fluid is designed to alter damping inside model shock absorbers. The 700cSt viscosity raises damping force and slows rebound compared with lighter oils, helping to stabilize chassis movement over bumps and during quick direction changes.

When replacing oil in shock cartridges, drain the old fluid completely and refill to the shock maker's recommended level. Cycle the shock shafts several times to purge trapped air and let bubbles escape before final assembly. Inspect piston travel and seal condition while servicing to ensure consistent damping performance.

For setup adjustments, 700cSt is effective when additional mid to high damping is required - for reducing nose dive on heavy braking or controlling body roll in fast corners. Combine oil changes with spring rates and shock mounting adjustments to reach the desired handling balance for your RC.
