Hex adapters for track and clearance tuning

These aluminium hex adapters are a scaled RC accessory made to alter wheel track and clearance on compatible 1/8-1/10 scale platforms. The adapter raises the hex centerline to 18.5mm measured from the bottom to the top of the hex, increasing the distance between the wheel mounting face and the axle reference compared with many stock hex heights.

Supplier notes show three tightening holes and an extended overall length to suit common axle and pin dimensions, allowing builders to widen the wheelbase while preserving secure wheel retention. The part is intended for tuning and fitment adjustments on models that match the hole pattern or can accept the supplied screw sizes.

Measured fit differences provided by the source are: relative to Thunder Tiger K-Rock G5 the adapter is 6.5mm taller than the original 12mm hex height; relative to Team Magic E6III it is 3.5mm taller than the original 15mm; and relative to ARRMA NERO / FAZON it is 13mm taller than the original 5.5mm.
