Outdrive description and fit

This MAJ039S outdrive is an RC-scale replacement designed for ARRMA Mojave and related 1/7-1/8 EXB platforms. It forms the mechanical link between CVD or dogbone shafts and the differential, transferring drive torque while keeping the dogbone retained during aggressive off-road use.

The component is made from 4140 medium carbon steel and is supplied as a matched pair of outdrives. One flank of each outdrive is intentionally extended by 3mm to reduce the likelihood of dogbones slipping free under heavy suspension articulation and impacts. The geometry is produced to match ARRMA differential interfaces so it installs in front, centre, or rear housings that accept the same interface.

Installation notes: verify the differential housing and CVD/dogbone interface match the original ARRMA items before fitting, use the supplied rubber washers where specified to ensure correct spacing and preload, and check for clearance during initial test runs. This item is a direct RC drivetrain replacement and is not for any full-scale vehicle use.

What comes in the package?

How does the design help retain dogbones?
