Secure 1/16 MINI KRATON 3S Battery Mount

This aftermarket retainer replaces the factory battery hold-down (ARA-2665) on 1/16 ARRMA MINI KRATON 3S models and is engineered for RC-scale battery retention only, not for use on real vehicles.

The components are machined from 7075-T6 aluminium to give a firmer mounting point than the stock plastic parts, and the kit includes an adjustable strap to accommodate larger capacity packs. When used with the supplied strap arrangement the retainer accepts batteries with a case thickness of 30mm and above, making it suitable for high-capacity LiPo packs commonly run in 1/16 scale bashing.

Installation is a direct swap at the front and rear battery locations using the included Grade 12.9 cap head screw. In operation the retainer helps keep the battery immobilised during hard acceleration and rough terrain, and it supports small chassis tuning by allowing repeatable battery positioning for balance adjustments.
