Front suspension reinforcement for FW05 models

This graphite front A-arms plate is a direct-fit upgrade for KYOSHO FW05-R and FW05RR chassis, replacing the stock front suspension arm mounting surface with a stiffer graphite panel. It acts as a structural element in the front end and changes steering feedback and suspension feel without altering the chassis geometry.

Compatibility is restricted to KYOSHO FW05-R and FW05RR as stated in the product name. Graphite gives reduced weight and better flex control versus many plastics, so this plate is useful when a firmer front response is needed for 1/10-scale on-road tuning sessions.

Fitting is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic chassis maintenance: remove the body to access the front suspension, remove the existing front A-arms mounting plate or brace, and install the graphite plate using the original fastener locations. Verify A-arm and steering link alignment before final torque and perform a short test run to check handling and trims.

From a setup viewpoint, swapping to a graphite plate typically sharpens steering response and cuts unwanted flex on corner entry. Make small, incremental changes to front shock rates and anti-roll settings when testing so you can isolate the plate's influence on handling.

This plate is specified for KYOSHO FW05-R and FW05RR only; fitment to other FW05 variants is not guaranteed and may require modification.
In most cases the stock fasteners and mounting points are used. Inspect screws and bearings during fitment and replace any worn hardware; use medium strength thread locking where appropriate.
Expect a firmer front-end and crisper steering feel with reduced flex under load. You may need small toe or shock rate adjustments to rebalance front bite and turn in.
