Belted slick for 1/12 GT500 cars

This RC-scale belted slick rubber tyre is supplied as a 2pcs set and serves as a direct replacement within the GT500 hard tyre range for 1/12 on-road vehicles. The internal belt reduces tread deformation compared with plain rubber tyres, helping the contact patch remain steadier under cornering loads.

Compatibility is limited to GT500 hard tyre applications and standard 1/12 on-road wheel assemblies; check your rim inner diameter and mounting style before fitting. Fitment uses normal 1/12 tyre mounting steps: position the tyre on the rim, ensure the bead is seated, and confirm the belt lies flat without folds or pinching.

Tuning note: choose these belted hard tyres when you want lower rolling resistance and a more predictable limit transition on smooth tracks. Since inflation is not a factor at this scale, tune ride height, camber and toe to adjust balance and turn-in while monitoring wear as the primary feedback.

They are supplied as unglued rubber tyres for mounting on compatible 1/12 rims. Apply tyre glue if your wheel setup or racing rules require a permanent bond.
The belt restricts excessive deformation, so trimming is usually minimal. Focus on bead seating and removing only any excess rubber that interferes with the rim.
Best on smooth, low-grip surfaces where the firmer compound and reduced deformation help maintain consistent lap times and stable cornering.
