Yokomo ZC-S80SA Shim Set for Accurate Adjustments

The Yokomo ZC-S80SA spacer set gives modelers a straightforward option for dialing in clearances. It includes stainless steel spacers with an inner diameter of 8.0mm in three thicknesses: 0.05mm, 0.10mm and 0.20mm, with 10 pieces supplied for each size.

Wide Chassis Support

These spacers are compatible with a number of Yokomo chassis such as DP-DPMS, DP-DPRA, DP-DPRH, B-MAX43G, B-MAX43GF, DP-YD4 and DP-YD4MR. They work well where small, repeatable changes to geometry or gear spacing are required.

Tuning and Routine Service

Using different thicknesses lets you tune wheel alignment, suspension drop and gear mesh in small increments. The pack is also useful for maintenance jobs where you need consistent shims during rebuilds.

How do I decide which spacer thickness to try first?

Start with the thinnest 0.05mm shim and gradually increase thickness while testing on track. Record each change so you can revert if needed.

Will these fit non-Yokomo cars with 8.0mm bores?

They fit any application that accepts an 8.0mm inner diameter spacer, but check clearance and stack height on your specific model before final assembly.

What material are the spacers and how long will they last?

The set is made from stainless steel for good wear and corrosion resistance. With normal use they last a long time, but inspect for wear after heavy race sessions.
