Dial in Precise Steering for Your YZ-2

The Yokomo Z2-412F2 Front Sway Bar Set is a practical upgrade for the YZ-2 2WD off-road car, designed to tighten handling and improve stability. This kit contains six sway bars from 0.7mm to 1.2mm so you can tune front-end balance to match surface grip. On tacky tracks these bars cut front overroll and give crisper steering feedback for quicker lap times.

Fine Tuning with Six Incremental Sizes

Each sway bar steps by 0.1mm to let you make small, predictable changes to the YZ-2's front behavior. That level of granularity helps when you need to trade steering sensitivity for mid-corner stability, or dial in turn-in for tighter sections.

Fitment and Quick Installation

The Yokomo Z2-412F2 set works with a range of YZ-2 chassis variants including B-YZ2, B-YZ2CA, B-YZ2DT, B-YZ2DTM, and B-YZ2DTMW. Installation is straightforward so racers and hobbyists can switch bars trackside during setup sessions.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Start with the middle size and observe front roll and steering. Move one step stiffer to reduce body roll or one step softer to increase bite and turn-in until the car balances with your driving style.
Front bar stiffness mainly changes front roll and turn-in. Stiffer bars tend to reduce body roll and can make the car less likely to push in corners, while softer bars increase front grip and steering response.
No special tools are needed beyond basic hex drivers and pliers. Swapping bars is a quick roadside adjustment after loosening the mounting hardware.
