The set is optimised for YD-2 style layouts. It can be fitted to other 1/10 drift cars with similar motor mounts and battery space, but you should check mounting and wiring before buying.
Use a quality 2S or 3S LiPo that matches your ESC settings and local rules. Choose a pack with stable discharge and low internal resistance for consistent throttle feel.
Begin with conservative throttle and braking endpoints, then refine punch and drag brake to match your driving style. Save small increments and test on low-grip surfaces first.
Keep airflow around the motor by avoiding obstructive bodywork and consider a small fan for extended sessions. Proper gear mesh and bearing condition also reduce heat build up.
