Installed as a centre link stop on the steering post, the screws reduce the risk of servo stall and wheel spin when steering angles get extreme. The kit contains three diameter options 8.0mm, 8.5mm and 9.0mm so you can adjust the maximum cutting angle to suit track layout and driving style. That range gives racers and club drivers straightforward control over turn-in and front-end bite.

Which diameter gives the tightest steering?

Use the smallest diameter, 8.0mm, for the sharpest steering response. It reduces the centre link travel and increases front wheel angle for tighter cornering.

Can I use these on older BD7 variants?

The set is designed for the Yokomo models listed above. Check your steering post dimensions against the screw sizes before fitting to older or modified BD7 variants.

Will these affect steering feel on asphalt?

Yes. Changing the limiter alters maximum steering angle which changes initial turn-in and overall steering feel. Test each diameter during practice to find the best balance for asphalt tracks.
