Upgrade your steering with the XRAY 372551-O X1 Short Steering Pivot Shaft. Designed specifically for the X1 chassis, this CNC-machined component uses Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum to deliver strength while reducing unsprung weight. The orange anodised finish gives a clean visual touch without compromising durability. It complements the floating steering system to improve control and responsiveness during racing or casual track sessions.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Will this shaft fit other XRAY kits

This part is made for the X1 chassis and may not bolt straight onto other XRAY models without alterations or different mounting hardware.

Does the orange anodising affect handling

The orange finish is cosmetic only; it does not change the mechanical behaviour of the pivot shaft.

What tools are needed for fitting

Installation normally requires common hex drivers and a small amount of threadlocker; no speciality tools are required.
