Strong HUDY Steel Clutch Bell for Vintage XB Builds

Made for dedicated RC hobbyists, the XRAY 358525 15T Clutch Bell uses HUDY Gear Steel and precise heat treatment to resist wear and stay true under heavy use. This component is machined to tight tolerances to help maintain reliable engagement and longer service intervals.

Oversized 5x12x4mm Bearings for Robust Operation

This clutch bell swaps the common 5x10 bearings for oversized 5x12x4mm ball-bearings with 2.0mm balls and thicker inner walls to handle higher loads. The beefier bearing design reduces fatigue and the chance of failure during prolonged running, and the high-temperature grease helps preserve smooth rotation at high RPM.

Multiple Tooth Options for Setup Tuning

XRAY supplies this clutch bell across multiple tooth counts including 15T, 16T, 17T and 18T so you can tune final gearing for track or race conditions. These options make it straightforward to match performance to older XB series vehicles or period-correct restorations.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is optimised for older XB series models but can fit other XRAY cars that share the same shaft and bearing spacing. Check your model's dimensions before fitting.
Regularly inspect for play and clean with suitable bearing cleaner, then relube with high-temperature grease to keep rotation smooth under high RPM and heat.
The larger bearings add a small amount of rotational mass but improve load capacity and longevity; most racers find the tradeoff worthwhile for durability during long events.
